Log Files

The CompuTec Premium logs are found in the directory C:\ProgramData\CompuTec Label Printing\Logs. Within this directory, the logs are categorized as follows:

• CTLP - service logs,
• CTLP - manager logs,
• WixSetup - installation logs.
