We recommend upgrading to CompuTec AppEngine 3.0 built on .NET 8, which provides better performance and a modern, centralized installation process for CompuTec ProcessForce.
However, please note that it’s a different architecture, and all CompuTec components need to be updated.

Log Files
If the installation is unsuccessful CompuTec AppEngine then the logs will be in Windows Event Viewer. AppEngine log: C:\ProgramData\CompuTec\AppEngine\logs
The level of error logging can be set in AppEngine itself.
