Requirements

In this section, you can find descriptions of actions that must be performed before CompuTec Labels installation.

1. Install SAP Business One DI API 32-bit on the client machine.

2. Install SAP Crystal Reports runtime engine for .NET framework 4.7. You can download the 32-bit version from here, and the 64-bit version from here.

3. To print SAP Crystal reports, it is required to install the following components:

   • Crystal Server Integration
   • CR Integration

   The components can be found in the following locations:

   • For SAP HANA server: \[SAP_SERVER]\b1_shf
   • For Microsoft SQL server: \[SAP_SERVER]\b1_shr

   Where [SAP_SERVER] is the address of the SAP Business One installation server.
